Terms of Use

StyleFlex is a guide and a self-reflection tool for how people prefer to communicate. It includes a questionnaire, reports, team views, workshop materials and private customer cards. It is not a test, and it does not measure ability, intelligence, personality or job fit. Results describe preferences you can flex.

The Service is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and data may occasionally need to be reset. We will tell you before any planned reset.

The Service is offered to organizations and users in the United States.

You and your organization may not use StyleFlex results, customer cards or any part of them to make or support decisions about hiring, promotion, pay, discipline, termination or work assignments. Organizations are responsible for making sure their managers follow this rule.

Organizations invite and manage their own users. During the beta, individuals may sign up and use StyleFlex on their own, including inviting others to a team they manage. Give accurate information, keep your login secure, and contact us through our Contact page if you think your account was accessed without permission. You must be 18 or older.

Your manager reviews your results and shares them with you in a one-on-one session. After your team workshop, teammates who also completed it see your name, lead style, secondary style and one tip, not your answers or full report. Administrators see your participation status. Your notes and customer cards are private to you.

Only add emails, call notes or transcripts you are allowed to use, including any consent required to record or transcribe a call. Contact details are removed before analysis, and the pasted text is not stored. A customer card shows a likely communication style, a guess from what you have seen. It is not an assessment of the person, and you may not use it to make decisions that affect them beyond how you communicate.

Reading samples has daily and monthly limits to keep the Service reliable.

Do not access other users' data, try to bypass security or privacy controls, copy or resell the Service or its content, or upload unlawful material.

We own the Service, including the StyleFlex name, logo, questions, scoring, report text and workshop materials. You may use them for your organization's internal development while your access is active.

The beta is free unless your organization has a separate written agreement with us. We will give notice before any paid plan applies to you.

We may suspend access that breaks these Terms or threatens the Service. You may stop using it at any time and ask us to delete your data.

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions anyone makes based on results.

We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
