We're really glad you're here.

You're one of the first people to use StyleFLEX, and that means a lot. People who jump in early tend to be curious, a little entrepreneurial and full of opinions. Those opinions are exactly what we want. StyleFLEX is still taking shape, and you get a real say in where it goes.

What you can do with it

Explore at your own pace. A few places to start:

Find the style you lead with. The assessment takes about 20 minutes, and you can stop and pick up later.
See yourself in your report. Most people find a line or two that sounds exactly like them, and one that makes them laugh.
Read a customer. Add a customer card for someone you work with, and see what helps them hear you.
Bring your style to your AI assistant. Copy the prompt at the bottom of your report into the assistant you already use.
Share your style with a teammate or on LinkedIn, if you'd like to.
Bring your team in whenever you're ready, with Set up a team on your home page.

We want your opinion

No comment is too small. If something made you smile, made you stop and think, or made you roll your eyes, we want to hear it.

Got an idea? Put it on the Ideas board and vote for the ones you'd use. The most popular ideas move up the list, and some are already in StyleFLEX: sharing your style and the AI assistant prompt both started there.

Anything else? Use the Feedback tab on any page. It goes straight to Luke and the StyleFLEX team, and every note gets read. A line in your report that doesn't fit, a button that confused you, something that broke: all of it helps.

Who sees what

Your report is yours. If you're on a team, your manager sees your results too, and goes over them with you in a one-on-one.

After a team workshop, teammates see only your lead style, your second style and one tip for working with you.

Customer cards and notes are private to you. Nobody else can see them.

Emails you paste into a customer card: we remove contact details, read the rest for style, and keep only the result, not the email.

Sharing only happens when you click Share or Copy.

StyleFLEX is a guide for communication and team development. It isn't a test, and it's never for hiring, reviews, pay or discipline.
