Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, work email, role, team.
• Questionnaire answers and results: your ratings, choices, style scores and report.
• Activity: status (invited, assigned, started, submitted, reviewed, released), share session and workshop dates, prep progress.
• Your private content: notes, and customer cards (a customer's name, company and role as you enter them, your quick read answers, and the style scores and short summary from each sample).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, sign-in times, error logs.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as health, race, religion or government ID numbers.

When you add an email or transcript, we remove email addresses, phone numbers, links, signatures and quoted earlier messages, then send the remaining text to an AI service to read the communication style. We store only the resulting scores and a short summary, not the text you pasted.

We send the cleaned text to OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra model. OpenAI does not use the text to train its models and does not retain it after the request (zero retention).

To run the Service (questionnaire, results, reports, team views, reminders), keep it secure, fix problems, and improve it using de-identified or combined data. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about anyone's employment.

• You: your full report once released, your notes, your customer cards.
• Your manager: your results and status for teams they manage.
• Teammates who completed the workshop: your name, lead and secondary style, and one tip.
• Your organization's administrators: your participation status and account details.
• Nobody else in your organization sees your answers, notes or customer cards.
• Service providers that host the app, store data, send notifications and run the AI reader, under contract.

While your organization's access is active. When access ends, or when you ask, we delete it within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Contact us through our Contact page to access, correct or delete your information. You can delete notes, customer cards and samples yourself at any time. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role and enforced in the database. Two-step login is available for all accounts. We will notify affected users of a breach as the law requires.

Only what is needed to keep you signed in and the Service secure. No advertising cookies.
